Eastern European countries won’t be left without help in crisis times, says Member of the European Parliament Giulietto Chiesa.

The European Union has rejected a multi-billion euro blanket aid package for its Eastern European members. Meeting at an emergency summit in Brussels the EU leaders have agreed to give support to individual countries.
