Based upon the number of missing invitees, the Eastern Partnership summit in Prague has been comparable to a dull university lection. Almost all major EU leaders thought they’d better stay at home.

The most interesting part of this, was the picture with Angela Merkel. What was she thinking. maybe "Oh my god, look at all of these that the German people will have to pay for". She will need to double or triple, the great work effort and capability of the German people, to pay all the benefit to these countries.
