Although the appeal also points to existing skepticism in one of its later paragraphs, which reads in part: "The accepted version of events, is becoming increasingly obsolete, much reliable information on these events is still unavailable”. As for much reliable information US officials have said it all: "There are certain types of intelligence information that we cannot share with the international community. They cite 'national security reasons' as the reason the US would withhold some evidence. In defending their level of cooperation with the Hague Tribunal, officials insisted that the Tribunal is getting most of his data from the US and there would be no war crimes tribunal if not for the US. With this statement, US "administration officials" actually confirmed what critical observers have been saying from the beginning: that the Tribunal is an instrument of US foreign policy, manipulated by the US to serve its interests. This Tribunal is supposed to proceed on the basis of "evidence" that is never produced and unverifiable "data" selectively provided by a single Superpower which has become a party to the conflict it is judging. To hell with the goddamned EU !! Serbia should stand tall and refuse any such pandering to the official Srebrenica propaganda narrative. Naser Orics 27th infantry divison was responsible for murderous atrocities against Serbs in the surrounding villages, and the UN protected his forces from retributive attacks by declaring the town a "safe refuge" (but never insisted on its demilitarisation). When Srebrenica fell, those muslim MAMs (or "military aged males", a term the US uses regularly) broke out and retreated to freindly lines, but were harried by the Serbs in their retreat and many captured muslim fighters were executed on the battlefield. While I don't condone such rough justice, the Serb troops were taking revenge for crimes committed against their own communities. As for the ever-increasing body count of "8000 men and boys", this is a pathetic lie. The 8000 number is a wild estimate based out-of-date Red Cross estimates at the time of the fall, and the recovered body count is based on any corpse dug up with in 100kms of the town, regardless of its condition, age, method of burial, or even ethnicity of victim. Serb villagers butchered by Naser Orics thugs are routinely reported as muslim "victims of genocide", adding the deliberate false impression of "genocide". Equally galling is the ICTY court finding of genocide against the Serb commanding responsible for taking the town. To obtain the politically-mandated finding of genocide, the judges were forced to debase the very meaning of the word. Instead of genocide referring to the deliberate extermination of an entire people/culture, these mealy-mouthed servants of Empire judged that the act of dispatching the women and children by truck to muslim lines also qualified as a genocidal act as it was intended to eliminate the muslim prescense from the area!! What hope is there of the truth ever emerging when even the UN judiciary conduct themselves in such a disgraceful, toadying manner...

I agree with Misa Gavrilovic that westerners need such a Serbian self-guilty declaration to give an excuse for their unjustified military attack on Serbs. Allthough the crime did happen in Srebrenica, and it was presumably commited by Bosnian Serbs, I am of opinion that it should be put in a wider context according to which all sides had victims. After all, it was Bosnian Muslims that initiated the war conflict in Bosnia, calculating that the foreign intervention of western powers will help them to defeat Bosnian Serbs and to ethnically cleanse them out of Bosnia in the same way as it has been done to Serbs from Croatia. The idea of the Independent State of Croatia was for the first time in history promoted back in 1941 by then Nazi Germany, and Croatian military forces took an active roll in the "eastern front" and fought against Russian people. Back ar home, the Independent State of Croatia murdered over 1 million Serbs. Only in one Concentration Camp in Croatia, called Jasenovac, they murdered 750 000 Serbs and handfull of Jews (Jews were predominantly transferred to Conc Camps throughout Germany). Bosnian Muslems had some similar ideas: they have been promised media coverage from the west and financial aid from Saudi Arabia, so they thought that they have an open road to the "final solution". It is not a secret to anyone in Serbia that todays Serbian political leaders have been exposed to a terrible pressure from the west to force Serbian Parliament to declare all Serbs guilty, and only Serbs, for what was going on in Bosnian conflict.

Do they have any rights? 200 000 Serbs were ethnically cleansed from Croatia-Krajina and many thousands from Kosovo NEVER to return back and NOBODY cares! Serbs STILL can't go back to their homes! Croatian Premier Minister LIVES in apartment STOLEN from Serbs! Not to mention all those Serb civilians who were killed by Croats or Albanians or Bosnian Muslims! All the time Serbs are accused! Even with that NONSENSE of Srebrenica "genocide" that NEVER happened ! They STILL do NOT have list of dead people! They STILL do NOT have counted population to see who is alive and who is not! They were digging graves of killed in war to bring them to Srebrenica! They count even Serbs as killed Muslims! They want to FORCE NATO PROPAGANDA of Srebrenica and point finger at Serbs AGAIN to justify bombing of Serbia! So Serbia must now play guilty in exchange of PROMISE of entering EU (that will NEVER happen anyway) ! Serbs are BROKEN and abandoned by EVERYBODY including Russia! 80% of people are AGAINST NATO but still they KEEP FORCING THE NATO MEMBERSHIP ON SERBIA! Why is Russia not helping us?!? This declaration is not in my name. There was no genocide in Srebrenica. Genocide is when you wont to destroy one ethnic, religious or national group, when you kill children, women, old men, and who is killed here? Only men in fire, who was fighting under arms. The genocide is when you kill 3,500 children, women, old men, and that was happened to Serbs around Srebrenica. Find on Google village named Kravica and see what is genocide. This parliament is not mine, they don’t represent me and my people. And I of course condemn the killing, but I wont first of all to care about my victims and no one offers me apologize for the crimes in WWII, Jasenovac, for war crimes during the war in Yugoslavia. Are some victims better then another, are some mothers cry better then the rest?

This issue has nothing to do with the disputed events in Srebrenica in the summer of 1995 and everything to do with further NATO expansion. NATO wants Bosnia as a member. The Bosnian Moslems, who are little more than America’s poodles, are strongly in favour of NATO membership. The Bosnian Serbs are against it. Since the Serbs are not going to change their view of NATO, there remains only one other option: the Bosnian Serb Republic must be “extinguished,” which is what the NATO Secretary General recently called for. Bosnia has many assets NATO wants. The Bihac airbase was built inside a mountain and can stay operational even after a nuclear strike. The Tuzla airbase is the biggest in southeast Europe, and the Bosnian Serb army HQ at Han Pijesak was also built under a mountain and is impervious to nuclear strike. NATO can dominate central Europe from bases in Bosnia.
