The European security treaty proposed by Russia is by no means an alliance, but rather a mechanism to resolve conflicts, said Mikhail Troitsky, a political analyst at Moscow State University of International Relations.

Mikhail Troitsky is following the legacy of his grand-grandfather whom together with his uncles from English Jewish family of Rothschild were fierce protagonists to unite Europe and Russia under the socialist system. Tragically his grand-grandfather was assassinated in Mexico in 1940, but his Jewish uncles from England, especially the second richest man in the World Evelyn Rothscild with over $200 trillion wealth, are still there to assist Mikhail for one Euro-Asia commons security system where all nations will live in peace and they got the money for it. Good luck Mikhail.
