Global opinion about any past "bush policies" is very improtant. This kind of information that implies that the US and Russia are still maintaining an old attitude towards each other needs to be confronted and brought out into the open and dealt with. Both Medvedev and Obama should know how to handle this sort of issue. The cold war is dead but it needs to be acknowledged by both nations including the global population. It would be stupid to carry this on.
