Russia's corruption is a disease left behind from collapse of Soviet Union...if Russia do not overcome with this deadly disease, then they will fall as a super power in the future....I look at Russia in world corruption ranking, and I am surprise why they are not at least with rank of ordinary European nations, where their existence co-inside with the fall of Soviet block republics..

Not so much a 'Bribe' , more a 'Token of Appreciation'...the same hand that got the Chocs also rubberstamped you out of endless waits + anxiety ?A packet of Chocolate Biscuits might well be out reach for the recipient of that small kindness ?.. 'Just a Thankyou , shouldn't be Criminalized?... (a similar act in the U.S. wouldn't get you very far).
