Aleksandr Dugin, a political analyst and the head of the Eurasia Movement, gave his view on the relationship between Russia and the EU.
Russia Today: Many say relations between Russia and the EU are at an all time low. Would you agree with that?
Aleksandr Dugin: I agree. It is true. I think that the reason for this is that new generation of European leaders – like Jose Manuel Barroso, Angela Merkel, or Nicolas Sarkozy
