A Russian foundation devoted to democracy and human rights is setting up shop in the U.S. Spokesman Andranik Migranyan reveals what the organisation is all about.

I am a African American slave descendent. I have read about Stalin standing up for Frederick Douglass and other African Americans during 1945 when the United Nations was first stood up. I would like to explore this as a joint cultural project. There is little African American history about this issue and I believe that it would be a great legacy to pass on to our next generation. I am also a former Treasury analyst that worked on financial systems with the Federal Reserve I believe that work would have helped with the economic crash. I have created a model and would like to work with the Economic School to validate the model and create a global training platform for economic understanding for all countries. I look forward to meeting Mr. Migranyan at the World Russian Forum next month.
