Interview with Konstantin Kosachev

On Wednesday Dmitry Medvedev announced that Russia could place a missile system in its European territory of Kaliningrad. Konstantin Kosachyov, a State Duma deputy, has stated that the placement of Russian missiles there is inevitable.
