Radovan Karadzic tried to invoke an immunity agreement with Richard Holbrook to prove that the Hague tribunal has always been a political instrument of the US government, says historian and journalist Neboisja Malic.

“Mr Karadzic has specifically said on several occasions that he fears being killed at the tribunal. [Slobodan] Milosevic is not the only Serb defendant who has died in detention,” Malic points out.

“All of a sudden, Milosevic was found dead in his cell and now Mr Karadzic is trying to avoid that fate. But he also believes he is to be, himself, a surrogate Milosevic at this point because the latter died without a verdict of guilty, which is necessary for the backers of the tribunal to explain their actions in the Balkans in the 1990s, If it was not all the Serbs fault, the official version of history does not hold water,” Malic says. “They have to find him guilty, regardless of the facts and the case – and he is well aware of that.”

Karadzic would not get a fair trial in the Hague. Why should he be blamed for the situation? The wars were not of Serbia's making.

The charge of war crimes against Karadzic was staged way back in early 1992. Across all of the city of Sarajevo there were boards and wanted circulars describing Karadzic as a - war criminal?! In April of 1992.!? I personally saw and read these boards in April and May of 1992. in Sarajevo. I remember thinking that this is all staged, and that the worst is yet to come, and I was right. This really was ALL STAGED by Clinton, Saudi Arabia and Alija Izetbegovic in 1992. or more likely in 1990./1991. The reason was simple: there was a Gulf war at that time started by a real war criminal George Bush Sr. In order to compensate for this war and improve the image of America in the eyes of Muslim public around the globe, another real war criminal Bill Clinton, either he himself or following the obligations left from George Bush Sr. administration, made commitments to Alija Izetbegovic, essentially supporting every action of this crazy man (he announced general mobilization!? of the army against half of his own citizens in May of 1992., now is there anything crazier than that??? . Let's compare this craziness against ANY imperator of Roman Empire, maybe only Gingis Khan was crazier than this lunatic. Even crazier is that he himself announced what he is going to do in Bosnia if he comes to power during early 1980s in his book Islamic Declaration.). Mr. Karadzic is innocent of all charges, period. The Hague tribunal is funded over 50% by - USA, the country that bombed Serbs around Balkan peninsula. They bombed Serbs not only during 1992-1995, 1999., but also in 1944!? (now how many people know that fact?? They, together with British, killed around 10,000 Serbs in Belgrade in 1944. alone, although Serbs were their allies in the war against Hitler Germany. And immediately after the WW II they helped war criminal Ante Pavelic who killed 700,000 Serbs during 1941-1945, to escape justice)

I dont expect justice, because we know how it is. At the same time I wonder how they will make up their case... They will have to work very hard as not to discredit themselves. Also why is this ´international´ court so much in the west? Not one likes that. Albanian terrorists would have been punished and drug state nonexistent. Defending of aggressors not tolerated. I think people like myself need to show themselves, because when they cant see me they dont know I disagree. In my country all this is a public ´secret´, nobody believes in the dictate of ´democracy´, but at the same time our statesmen seem to be dumb or ignorant at recognizing the real danger that is mounting against our statehood...by a state that was badly hit by the crisis
