I don't suppose there's any likelihood whatsoever that Karadzic might be found guilty because of the facts, is there? Just a really radical thought that occurred to me. But as the facts haven't even been presented yet, surely it's not up to a news outlet (or anyone else) to confidently predict the outcome of the ungiven verdict of an unheld trial, and specify the relationship of that verdict to as yet unpresented facts.

The reason that no amrican leader or even sodier guilty of war crimes hasn't been tried in Hague is that americans have a certain law ... if even one soldier is held in Hague for trial ..the y have the right to come and break him out with the help of military force .

Clinton was tried by the independent International Tribunal on U.S./NATO War Crimes Against the People of Yugoslavia, and found guilty along with other U.S./NATO political and military leaders. There were a panel of 16 judges from 11 countries, political and economic analysts, researchers, historians, physicists, biologists, military experts, journalists from some 20-25 countries, including U.S. and other western countries. It is not insignificant, because the whole world can see who is a real war criminal. The vast majority of the world can tell that today. It is a good start, and we will hopefully live to see Nurenberg II.

I dont expect justice, because we know how it is. At the same time I wonder how they will make up their case... They will have to work very hard as not to discredit themselves. The charge of war crimes against Karadzic was staged way back in early 1992. Across all of the city of Sarajevo there were boards and wanted circulars describing Karadzic as a - war criminal?! In April of 1992.!? I personally saw and read these boards in April and May of 1992. in Sarajevo. I remember thinking that this is all staged, and that the worst is yet to come, and I was right. This really was ALL STAGED by Clinton, Saudi Arabia and Alija Izetbegovic in 1992. or more likely in 1990./1991. The reason was simple: there was a Gulf war at that time started by a real war criminal George Bush Sr. In order to compensate for this war and improve the image of America in the eyes of Muslim public around the globe, another real war criminal Bill Clinton, either he himself or following the obligations left from George Bush Sr. administration, made commitments to Alija Izetbegovic, essentially supporting every action of this crazy man (he announced general mobilization!? of the army against half of his own citizens in May of 1992., now is there anything crazier than that??? . Let's compare this craziness against ANY imperator of Roman Empire, maybe only Gingis Khan was crazier than this lunatic.
