A Central Asia expert, Daniil Kislov is sure that the elections in Kyrgyzstan are leading the republic to the Middle Ages and tribal wars rather than democracy.
The United States has in fact made payments to the Krygz gov't for the use of the base in Bishkek. It's not up to the United States to police the money after it's paid. Americans certaintly did not encourage the corruption that run rampid in that country. Look at the history for that answer.....
