Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has urged the international community for better coordinated joint efforts in fighting terrorism as he believes that the recent Moscow terror attacks were not a domestic matter.

Lavrov: "...masterminded by international terrorist groups from Afghanistan or Pakistan..." No, no, no!!! This act came from the terrorists nesting in the Caucasus. Look at who benefits from this attack. There are only two nations that would benefit: America and Georgia. America because the attack destabilizes the Russian Federation and makes RF seek closer relationship with USA; and, Saakashvili because he has an insane desire for revenge against RF. I suspect that Saakashvili may even have used his American money to fund this attack on Moscow metro.

It appears that the same old bullshit is being used in Russia, as it has been in the US, in order to explain the act. The "expert" neocon opinion: "In his opinion, the terrorists were seeking to achieve two goals: to destabilize the situation in the North Caucasus and to increase anti-Islamic sentiments in the society." Making the targeted people hate your religion, does not sound like a very smart tactic to me. If indeed someone wanted to help their islamic brethren in Chechenia, they couldn't find a worse way to do it. I hope the Russian government will see through this thinly veiled attempt to sow discord in the CSI and not jump to punish the wrong people. Somebody should find out about Prof. Mirsky's motives for trying to confound the russian people with nonsense like this. Is he a zionist maybe? Is it plausible to say that there couldn't be a better way to de-stabilize Russia by outside forces (hint: it's the so called Al-Qaeda) than to force her into a new war while at the same time showing people that they cannot trust their leaders? It's been done to us on 9-11-2001 and now we lost two wars, our country in in chaos and hundreds of thousands died. All for a jewish hoax. Beware!

About 1990, the CIA used Obama bin Laden against Russia by telling him the Russians were agnostics, anti-God. Russia was at war with Afhganistan. The CIA armed bin Laden against the Russians and when he found out he had been used, he developed a hatred for Americans The Americans had a presence in Saudi Arabia, near holy sites which infuriated bin Laden. The Americans couldn't stay in Saudi Arabia which was one of the reasons for the Americans to invade Iraq. Bush thought Iraq would be push over. They intended to establish permanent bases there, and did. America had to have a presence in the Mid East. America and Russia gave bin Laden cause to hate them. He's using Sun Tzu "The Art of war" very effectively. Read what he writes. He tells the world the story.

Using that logic kihnu, either Russia or China are responsible for 9/11.

The root of the problem is Mecca. Any nation that wants to solve this perpetual Islamic problem must think of Mecca, else expect more suicide bombings!

Moscow bombings are obviously an outside job. Those who masterminded it are the same ones who made 9/11 an inside job! The "technique" appears to be the same, the effect that it has produced on the public opinion is the same too. Lot of blood all around, and a lot of innocent victims - the same that has already been seen on 9/11. The typical technique of muslim fighters is also the same as in 9/11. The CIA and Blackwater personel are in the deep background of the Moscow bombings - that is obvious to everyone! Nobody should be fooled that Mr Lavrov doesn't know for that. He is only a highly trained politician who talks publicly what his enemies would like to hear at the moment. But, I am sure Russia will never forgive to real inspirators for what they did to innocent Russian citizens. At the very end, the price will be way too high for the crimes committed.

Anglosphere would love nothing better than to have Russian soldiers as cannon fodder in their wars against Islam.

I tend to agree with Mr. Lavrov that there are foreign agitators and financiers are fanning this flame. There are crazy people everywhere in the world; however, unless there are agitated, financed and directed, they tend to go toward common crimes not crimes of this sort. I do not think, US, China, India, Islamic countries are involved in this. There are potential for involvement of Baltic States, Ukrainian defeated politicians, Georgia & Israel. This is because they are direct beneficiary of such conflict. So, a link between them and these terrorists should be fully investigated. I also tend to think that they may be financed and directed by drug mafia & gangs. I wish the Russian authorities have done a drag test on the remains of these bombers for the residue of narcotics. That should shade some more light on this mystery. Also, there could be neoconservative groups in the west (people like Timothy McVeigh) , or groups like AlKaida be involved in this. If it is Alkaida, this question is why AlKaida wants to open a new front, when it is engaged heavily in other fronts? In any case, it is very important that these terrorists to be caught alive, in order to be interrogated. Also, it is very important to separate their account from people of the caucuses region or Muslims, in order not to antagonize those people and deny recruiting opportunities to these terrorists.

Karl, No, it isn't always America's fault. It is, however, more often than not, Israel's fault. Or at least the fault of Zionists, who work by deception, anywhere and everywhere.

"its always America's fault isn't it.? Where have I always here (sic) this drumbeat before" More than likely, because America meddles in the internal affaires of all nations and tries to undermine their desire to live free of American influence. Ukrainians were bless to free themselves from the American tentacles, but the Georgian people have not been as fortunate. The American tentacles are boring into every countries surrounding the Russian Federation with the ultimate prize being undermining of RF itself. But, the Anglo-Americans are running out of time because within 30 years Anglo-America will be replaced by a Latino-Americano, and there will be a brand new paradigm which will be far less aggressive towards other nations. Enjoy living in your new Latino-Americano.
