Absolutely, we just keep building, bit at a time, once we get the structure in place, then others can join. But we need to draw the line frst, to set up the fair governance, policies and rules that can return this planet to order and develop fairness. The world is organsising itself against the tyranical west. It is doing it with purpose, with commitment and resolve. Slowly a new world order will rise, a mulitpolar world order. Russia, India and China are leading this effort, with all fair minded countries able to join in the future. The European colonialism, including their US proxy, will slowly be ground to a halt.

Russia has a declining population and a severe population drug and alcohol problem , deep poverty and many other hurdles to overcome. There is no magic Asian alliance that is going to cure all. Russia, like many other countries, needs to get a handle on the situation on the home front before they get too carried away about treaties and alliances. They should look to twenty years in the future when China nhas to expand their population into Siberia. How can a small population like Russia currently has contron the territorial integrity of such huge territory? Russia first needs to get the population decline turned around.

"Russia, India and China have agreed to coordinate common efforts to create a multi-polar, more democratic and fair international system, both in the economic sphere and global security," Needless to say, China isn't a democracy nor is it humanistic or even humanitarian. Its export of weapons Sudan's genocidal government decisively highlight the lattermost point and also manifest another truth: wielding power is dangerous, whether the West does it or someone else does it. Just because these powers are not the west doesn't mean it is entirely implausible they could act in an equivalent manner. In the sense of humanitarian fallout, the USSR did many times. Nevertheless, I hold hope that this coalition of cooler minds will be a positive influence on the world. The balance of power inherent in a multipolar system perhaps mitigates the excesses of each pole involved. I agree with new model in the sense that Russia, like the US, has a lot of work to do if it to avoid becoming a has-been in the face of these new titans, and we have more than enough honorable work to do of lifting up our own people. But no one is perfect, and some people need help more than others. Albeit Russia has a per capita GDP of 11k, and the US, while not as poor at the moment, has a lot of huge sustainability problems on its plate .

First truth is realised personally. Thus truth is realised by a Nation. True International relations may be be realised consequentialy.
