“I have seen this movie before,” said Fred Weir, journalist from Christian Science Monitor, commenting on Medvedev’s call for the citizens’ involvement in the discussion of key problems the country is facing.
“Medvedev is giving everybody a chance to get involved in the planning of future policies for Russia,” pointed out Sergey Utkin from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations.
“If our partners take our concerns into consideration then, surely, we will be more attentive to the concerns that they have,” Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said during an interview with Swiss media.

really a best speech but salaries are low in ru.purchasing power less ,even technology of space urban development strategies are better than european countries as electric buses ,snow cleaning ,metro etc.people well cultured behaviour as compared other countries.thanks.
