Russia’s most actual feedback is encountering her incomparable experience of total elite loss associated with Winter Palace (“Russian Arc”). It teaches us that the elite is the most vulnerable part of the peoples structured with questionably educated pivots of society. Liberalism already failed and therefore is good moment to get it invited again? To let us hear about its own evolution. Did it learn anything worth telling? Or liberalism pretends to teaching status only? Globally, universally exclusive teaching… As for Medvedev – the issue is going to be his full load challenge. How to measure the project? Suggestion for key indicator – how many elite will pass the meditative way demonstrated in Alexandr Sokurov’s pursuit for effective modernization of Russian Army. Or the elite is going to hire soldiers from a poor part of society modeling déjà vue of USA?
