Why Belarus doesn't charge for the two Russian military bases remained on its territory? Why Belarus is indifferent to its membership within Customs Union experiment aimed to benefit Russia with its goal of WTO? Why Belarus wouldn't/couldn't recognise South Ossetia and Abkhazia?
