President Medvedev will meet with the leaders of three opposition parliamentary factions following their refusal on Wednesday to take part in the Duma session. The statement comes from the president’s press office.
The first question that needs to be answered about President Medvedev is if he is a billionaire. Everyone keeps hearing that Medvedev is super rich {BILLIONAIRE}. If this is true, how can he look out for the interest of working people? Like the old addage, it would be more likely for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a billionaire to care about the working people. A billionaire's heart {if he/she has one} is with their riches. This has always been true down through the ages. The rich get richer and the workers get taxed.

The solution to these kinds of problems is simple: have people whom both sides trust monitor the election. In the US that is the parties themselves. Both parties are intimately involved at every level of the election process. For example, a representative from each side confirms the vote of each paper ballot. This seems to have allowed election results to be contentious only in the case of extremely close elections. There is little rationality in lacking the transparency to allow for this level of confidence in the fidelity of the electoral system.
