I fully agree with Dimitry Medvedev about the rename of republic heads from within the Russian Federation, because this will end an awful lot of confusion, and is another step of Russian Reform, this will take a little time because of the vastness of the Russia having eighty three states and some republic heads calling themselves as Presidents, I do not see this as an attempt of centralising of power I see this as an opportunity for all of the heads of the Russian Federation in their respective state's. This would also show good inter-republic relations from within Russia. Also this would change the flavour of Russia too. Finally this would have all eighty three heads of republic's to customise their leadership name that probably come's from a historical or traditional old head name but we shall see, I'm personally would love to see how all will be named as and I hope RT will have a full list of eighty three head names that would awesome to see.
