Medvedev: Russia’s ready for nukes reduction

Russia is ready for a radical reduction in its strategic nuclear stockpiles, said President Dmitry Medvedev during his meeting with Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende in Amsterdam.
My friend, Biloxi, What would you say was one of the strongest reasons for the russian military operation in Afganistan few decades back? I'm not that familiar with the situation regarding drugs back then, but I would say the current situation is considerably worse. You see, I'm from a simmilar society such is the russian one, and maybe therein lies my eventual misconception, things here are rather alarming since "the dawn of the new age". There are regions in Serbia that have more than 80% of local youth using some kind of narcotics! Eighty per cent!!!! Fighting drug trafficing is a lost cause! People will eventually find a way to get a fix. Just a matter of time. The solution is to give them an alternative, to show them that their sickness is not only the way to the end of them, but to the end of their entire society! Because, the money they pay for a few moments of oblivion is going into the pockets of the very people who are responsible for the lack of an alternative. My point is, the "nuke agenda" is just one of many tools that are utilised for the "final solution" that has been set for the Russian people. Let us remind ourselves of the notorious statement made by the then Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, that it is outrageus that one nation should benefit from such wast riches as Russians do (this is NOT a quote! but the essence of the statement). You see where this is going...

Tragically, the humans of earth who are not poly-addicted drug addicts are finding the cosmic reality enema of critical mass criminal insanity to be the order of our day. Drugs have been purposely used not as 'medicine,' but indeed as a mass weapon of destruction globally. Time for all the so-called 'leaders of earth' to meet and discuss the white coat approach to fire ants eating all the picnic, and the human beings appear to be the entree as well as the desert. Read the blogs for those who are 20 and 30, in the US, and then think about the idea of optimism for the world when WMDs are more than just nukes - brains have been harvested on purpose and this is the highest crime against all humanity. How about the WAR ON DRUGS, too, President Medvedev? PINK FLOYD: Is anybody out there ... is calling for sanity in the 21st Century.
