A small and positive step forward by the world community, however so many steps backward have already been taken that the path ahead looks very long and steep. If the USA and Russia are serious about nuclear arms reduction and a nuclear free middle east, Israel is where both countries need to 'start'.

In Israel's shoes, I'd be watching my back. If there is one thing that Arabs are known for other than hysterical misrepresentation of situations, it is for outright lying. Two seconds after Israel disarms, we'll find out that they all have been developing and swapping nuclear arms technology.
