Moscow to demand scale back of NATO forces

Russia has accepted to allow the transit of non-military American cargos through its territory to Afghanistan. According to a source in the Russian Foreign Ministry, the decision will be effective shortly.

I think Russia should not support the forces which will attack them in the future. Unless Russia charges NATO huge amounts of money to drive them into bankruptcy.
