Russian officials have taken a cautious stance after Georgia’s foreign ministry said it would grant visa-free travel permits to residents of Russia’s North Caucasus republics.

why will Georgia not discuss this with Russia, like real countries do? Georgian leaders are behaving like kids. They must be too intimidated to meet the Russian powerhouse. This is sad. Georgia needs new power brokers.
