Russia needs to take a firm stance to stop the drug trafficking from Afghanistan and together with the rest of the organisation's countries stabilise and actuallly inmprove the living conditions of the region. These two tasks will not assist Russia in strengthining its southeastern borders but will aid futher the efforts of a multipolar world.
