Moscow will start reviewing its relations with the EU if its interests are ignored, Russian PM Vladimir Putin said after an international conference in Brussels on the modernization of Ukraine's gas transit system.
Russian Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, has condemned the signing of an agreement between the EU and Ukraine on overhauling Ukraine's gas pipelines, saying it is meaningless without Russian involvement.
The Ukrainian government, the European Commission, the EBRD, and the European Investment Bank have signed a declaration to upgrade Ukraine's pipelines.
