This good idea, my advice to solve one problem. It is very easy to get rid of these continuous claims by polish government over Katyn. They simply do not want to recognize that it was unfortunate tragedy. Russia should demand compensation from Poland for every single Russian killed by NKWD when it was run by Felix Dziezynski. That will put Katyn to rest.
