Obama’s visit alone is unlikely to be able to resolve U.S –Russia argument over missile defense system in Eastern Europe, said Andrey Klimov, deputy head of the Russian State Duma Foreign Affairs Committee.

Mr.Klimov speaks of weapons reduction......but looking at those nations who DONT have nucleur arms....its easy to see WHY Russia has such a large arsenal.

Personally, I'd like to see both sides revisit the Russian suggestion for using the radar base in Azerbaijan as part of an internationally-integrated system. It might even apply a bit of political stability for Azerbaijan in the process.
