Is the US media leading America to (another) war?

In the past, war reporters bravely followed soldiers into the jaws of war. Today, it looks like the soldiers are embedded in the media instead, simply going along for the story.

One thing that strikes me is why the leaders of Pakistan acts as the lapdogs of USA. Despite them knowing the foul play by the US administration. Could the reason be money? or fear? fear for being killed if they don't act like lapdogs? If the reason is money then that means they have acted like prostitutes. Will we ever find out the reason?

The whole Pakistan is against America , every day or so there are anti-American rallies in Pakistan.but our politics same as before still the puppets of America ,maybe perhaps they are actually recruited/sponsored by the Americans to full their goals in destabilizing Pakistan from inside,so later on they can do propaganda about the Pakistan Nuclear Status - as a threat to the world and later on invade Pakistan. quite similar to the American propaganda about the Method of Mass Destruction of Iraq - later on peacemaker of the world invaded Iraq and has killed 2 million innocent people so far.

This war has been allowed to go on for too long. World War II did not last this long. It is time for America to reevaluate past decisions and decide what the goal is. Does America want to FINISH this thing or do they want to keep letting the young military men and women die? If this is WAR then CONGRESS should declare WAR and AMERICA should use EVERY WEAPON in the arsenal to halt it IMMEDIATELY. America is plenty capable of wiping out all of their enemies, if they chose to FIGHT without trying to be "POLITICALLY CORRECT". Weakness and politically correctness, 'WEAK KNEEDED", causes WARS and causes WARS to be lost. Politicians need to borrow a little courage from the FIGHTING MEN AND WOMEN and get this thing over. The ENEMY should be given one week to put down their weapons and surrender. If they do not surrender in a week, every known enemy position should be NUKED

Pakistan is an artificial entity created by UKstan to control the 'wells of power' in middle east. America simply followed the direction set by British. Baluchistan is the real estate that is next to Iran, sitting on huge reserves of gas and oil and wanted to be independent after british withdrawal . Infact declared independence too. Khan of kalat was negotiating with India to be a part of it but without balochistan , there can not be a pakistan. Jinnah was promised these lands. Pakistan was created as a rent boy to serve the masters - UK/ US as India under congress was considered too independent to help the Anglo-saxons with bases and land post independence. Pakistan was a result of conivance of British, US and muslim landlords who feared congress land reforms and supported muslim league of Jinnah. It is piece of land to serve interest of many groups - landlords, british, US & Army generals. There is no nation in any case. around 20 families contributed 80% of GDP till about 1972.

I like your take on the issue, Chandrabhan :-) We in Serbia have experienced exactly the same problems as your country, by the British!
