A technological revolution, strong civil society, efficient parliament and reformed judicial system are the key components for a prosperous, powerful and free Russia, as outlined in Dmitry Medvedev’s program document.
Is this the start of the long-awaited and long-needed "Two Steps Forward" based n the fullest comprehension and implementation of Dialectical Materialism? If so - comparisons equating Czarism and Bolshevism as social and ideological paradies will only impede this move from Medvedev and the Cabinet. The return to the basic values of Integrity and Trust implied in the term "Proletarian Democracy based in Soviets" and in a Proletarian political and ideological Vanguard will restore the trust of all Workers in Federal and Regional Government and Courts - nothing else will!! For this to take another decade is too long. To take a year would be too long. For corruption and nepotism to be eradicated tomorrow is too far away!! The "Where To Begin?" has been found to be now. "What's To Be Done?" is looming. As Lenin observed "Dialectical Materialism" in opposition to Capitalist Materialism holds the key to the future of Mankind. Can Proletarian Democracy survive in the midst of Imperialism? Past and present History says profoundly "Yes"!! ///snowyone.

Rejection of the Galbraith and Chicago Schools theories of "Convergence" would boost in one fell sweep the whole People and the whole process of "Rebirth". Belief at all levels that Workers can acheive set goals in better working conditions and social mores through their Soviets will accelerate sucesses - afterall - nothing succeeds like success that we all have had a hand in acheiving. All History demonstrates that the "Intelligentia" are not always the most intelligent!! As Medvedev has already alluded to - theory is barren and worthless unless proven in practice. "Uncle Joe"'s input I see. Let the political and ideological debate begin!! Remember - its the "bringing home the bacon" that cements the majority to the minority within a modern State. References to "What's To Be Done?" and Where To Begin?" combined with "The Analysis of Dialectical Materialism" by Vladimir Illiyich Lenin would not go amiss. Neither would the Documents of the CPSU 1970 Congress. On Diplomacy the Bolshevik stance at Genoa in 1922 would be of great assistance in a World where Capitalism is in a profound economic political and ideological Crisis. Keep in mind that Capitalism is noone's friend - it even is not a friend to its self - in fact it is its own worst enemy. Sounds a bit like "teaching grandma to suck eggs". However such suggestions are the "necessity" in Proletarian Democratic Reformation of Society. ///snowyone.
