The facts are a bit more grim then we realize.   Russians are currently spending some   1.1 Tr.  Rubels ( about $40 Bill.),  and want to double it up to $80 Bill.   Big flicken deal...   US spent  $720 Bill. last year, and want to "cut back" to $680 Bill.   Not that Russians will not catch up, they will fall deeper and deeper in the hole.    Either too much Vodka or they are in a deep  comma, doing nothing fot the past 20 years... THEY DON'T HAVE TILL  2017... And they want LEGAL QUARANTEES  now against AMD in Europe. Are they insane???    What   court would they take Americans to ???     Now they want to preemtively attack the Defense shield in Europe !!!    That would mean war.  Are they ready for it ???   Thay have no CRUISE MISSILES, AIRCRAFT CARRIERS OR DRONES,,,   This war would lost only few hours...         That's the way I see it, anyway.      � �   Seriously.

Russia has one of the world's largest reserves of natural resources... much more than any of those barren little countries in the Middle East, such as Iran. The US is simply a stupified dog, following every command of its master. The primary job of Americans today is to serve as a resource extraction service on behalf of corporate globalisation. The unfortunate truth of the matter is, there will eventually be another great war. This war will be between the Western countries and Eastern countries like Russia and China, and it certainly will not be over the course of a few hours, trust me! All through history, humans have killed each other, it's sad! Why can we not get on with one another?!?! The US, through its many decades of war mungering (killing and torturing more innocent human beings than any other nation in history, all under the false banner of freedom), will eventually lead itself to its own destruction.

With all due respect to Russia's former President Medvedev, I do not think Russia and China has until 2017 to jointly come together in a strategy to counter the US missile shields.

Russ ia's returning President Putin moving to beef up Russia's considerable silo and submarine based ballistic missiles with enormous liquid fueled versions appears to be totally on target and track. Such extremely high lift ICBM's can easily carry as many as 20 live MIRV'd warheads, another 20 dummys plus a full electronic counter measures package per missile. Such can be in place and operational within 2 years or perhaps less as the tests and trials are ongoing on both of those platforms.

Th e older nearly impossible to locate but long lasting and very stable solid fueled Russia, Chinese ICBM's still provide a very powerful offensive force by themselves routinely carrying 10 MIRV'd warheads each. Such could easily target radar installations in the West to cripple and take down tracking, early warning and anti-missile systems very early on in a likely WW3 ICBM exchange.

Wit h the evil Zionists pushing for War's on Syria, Iran on their way to a War on North Korea, Pakistan it looks like Putin's focus on fast tracking the new Russian liquid fueled ICBM's in place and operational is the fastest, most likely successful weapon and deterrent to use for a likely WW3 scenero.

And there could in theory come to a situation where, like someone before me have said, that some South American countries wanted a MD system, to protect against some treath from the north!!! But all honours to the Russians for not giving up on the attempts to negosiate some mutual agreeable solutions with the USNato guy's, even if it seems far fetched to get some sence from that direction! It still puzzles me why the European leaders fail to see, that they are the sacrificial buffer for the US, and the one's to suffer once again! Will they never learn?

There is much simpler solution to this problem. Russia, China, India can easily supply government opposition in places like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, etc. and just cut of energy supply to EU/US. Let Uncle Sam supply them with energy.....I guaranty there will be flip floppers looking to cut of relationships with US and their toilet paper promises
