“There has been a series of articles and ideologically-driven books posing the question of who started the war in South Ossetia”, said Aleksey Urazov from Moscow State University.
“This is despite the fact that the whole majority of sober-minded politicians have declared in Brussels that the aggression in August last was started by Mikheil Saakashvili,” noted Urazov.
