The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has voted in favor of confirming Russia’s delegation’s powers. Russia called the decision “a triumph of common sense”.

We shouldn't be in PACE, we should negotiate a PACE Russia forum. Let them have their bun fights and then we will talk to them when they have something to say. We are wasting far too much time with these EU club Westicana groups!
