Why am I not surprised my comment didn't get posted here!!! Can any real criticism of leadership take place? I really think this is nonsense! While they complain about parking and power, things like the roads near my home are full of potholes with metal reenforcements poking up that can stab pedestrians as they walk by, but that isn't important. The homes are crumbling with tiles and such falling off after years of wear... no that's not important to them. The hot water being provided to my home now takes 1 month to fix during summer due to antiquated boilers which made the news here in Moscow. That get resolved? Maybe, they fired the boss in charge. Has the metro station planned near my home been completed? No it has been delayed endlessly, new date written 2018. The people near my home in a apartment being built are homeless waiting to move in, but the contractor misappropriated the funds and didn't complete the project. Did they get their money back or receive homes? The only time something gets done around here is when Putin does it. He can't do everything. These guys babbling on are only worried about collecting paychecks and kick backs. So let them argue about parking space while our children sit on a Soviet Era playground that hasn't been replaced over the long years... Frankly we don't care if they need to pay a few extra rubles each week on parking.... Not like taxes are supposed to be funding these things like repairs. This is how you make people disenchanted with the government. Is this too embarrassing to put on RT? I just want a government official who gets things done and doesn't waste time on nonsense.

Is it Putin who is responsible for Moscow, or is it the regional government, or the mayor? I am not familiar with your local government structure. Is there nobody at all to talk to?
