Loo ks like you already know what Poland is going to deploy and all parameters of Polish anti-missile shield? Such SAMs do not make sense if Poland wants to protect her land from Russia. The truth is that Poland wanted to join NATO because it was on Russia's target in the first place. There's no sane country that would like to integrate with Russia. And, you can't blame the people. Actually, even if you are pro-Russian, it is obvious that Moscow is like a parasite. It drains juice from other parts of the country. No wonder why Siberians don't call themselves Russians. They are stripped off their natural resources and they are given nothing in return. All the money goes to Moscow. Russia is an oppresive state, the government doesn't care too much about the people and it's not going to change soon.

No. current talks are not between Russia and USA/NATO, but between Russia and NATO. But this is completely different matter. The talks are about large NATO's  missile defense system in Europe.
But here, under article in RT, we talk about our Polish national air and missile defense system, not related directly to NATO system.

Poland decided to be US/NATO puppet, so Russia has to discuss it with US/NATO directly, it doesn't make sense to discuss anything with puppet. That's why there are no Russian threats toward Poland, there are threats toward US/NATO and their military facilities, whether they are located in Poland or any other country near Russian borders.
