Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sums up the results of the meeting with his counterparts from Belarus and Kazakhstan in an interview with Russian MIR TV channel in St. Petersburg.

Well, thank him for talking that much and talk more. Hockey is bloody is it's a good sport. Anyway, it really bothers me when people can't answer questions. I like President Obama on odd days not even -- and it usually has to do with things in my world since he's a container, but when he was unable to answer a basic question about the Health Care Plan, I was bothered. Not that I'm using this one to show my hatred of the other because I don't like this one on any day or understand this one -- and that's probably why. I usually don't care or even look into things aside from if it involves a life line; when I do have to, I have to go find the answer and then guess intents and that leaves a lot to paranoia and the mass awareness. It makes me uneasy. Not because he doesn't know the answer, just that he's being misleading in some form or other out of his own fear. A promise is a promise, a direction is a direction.
