...the essence here, seems to be Vladimir Putin's "management style." Perhaps focusing more on how he handles difficult situations, may open the door to more dynamic dialogue, when leaders from other countries bring their "management styles" into the world of politics.

It seems George Washington the first President of the United States also did similar writings!

I had mentioned earlier the first President of the United States, George Washington, also did writings in an effort to build democracy. Back then it was a different world but opponents/adversaries are opponents/adversaries existing no matter the time frame in history. Russia extends over 12 time zones, and in bringing this gigantic area with its many people/cultures into a Democracy has to be a journey not easily described! Writings of Mr. Putin may shine a light for many Russians and the people from around the world on the actual happenings. As an example in the building of democracy in the United States the British came back in 1812 and wiped out our Capitol, Washington D.C. - I hope Russia does not have to go through what the United States endured! Now we see in the United States a complete breakdown of democracy with Lobbyists running our Country! It is reported in the News Medias that our National Treasury has now been robbed and we are actually bankrupt. - - - Yes, there will probably be 10 Lobbyists who will want me arrested so they can continue taking the last drop of blood out of America! I hope the writings of Mr. Putin help people literally worldwide but specifically the Russian people in knowing what actually occurs, in building the foundation for democracy.

In ancient times, when China was the greatest show on earth, any and all Chinese "Emperors" HAD TO BE A SCHOLAR OF ARTS AND LETTERS, SCIENCES, and every idea of what a MASTER of ALL human endeavors of "genius" is considered to be measured as. The Emperors had to be a master at calligraphy, and therefore, writing, too. Not one art could be sloppily executed or the candidate was not qualified to be Emperor. Putin is very intelligent in that he understands --- to actually be a great leader he must be the master of all human "gifts," which measure the genuine higher abilities to be "enlightened." Thank the GOD of the whole energy creation for sane leaders at least coming out of one great country, for now we HOPE, since the hell on earth is a wanton love lust for the insane who appear too big to fail. Putin paints and he writes. He is a naturalist and indeed a humanitarian. He is a practitioner of martial arts and also "military intelligence." His command for the respect to the arts as well as his honor for the "blade of grass" teaching, is refreshing for all hearts and minds focusing attention and intention into the future for human beings to experience the sincere promise of GOD: UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and therefore, inalienable | unalienable rights on earth ... everyone. Thank Putin for leading the insane back into the sanity of FINE "arts, letters, sciences, etc." Whew, the leading human being on earth can be, after all, not a poly-addicted drug addict and indeed a brain which is problem solving | goal seeking.

I find this interesting, it could just as well be relationship advise also if you think of it. I find it interesting that reference is made to the Aggregate of or the total sum of the structure that is to say that overall eliminating people can have a general net negative effect, as opposed to honestly just addressing the issue, and asking the people related to the problem to solve/explain it. Basically communication is the answer, now if only.....
