Capital punishment is the legislative institution stimulating the worst in us. Russia is to suggest removing herself to associate with and to make formal detachment from USA and call China to join. Pretenders to humanity love to judge. Human hate it: Few decades ago UN nurse landed in East Africa on the mission to save acutely starving population. The video recorded her services. A sheltered camp was insufficient to accommodate all children and one could see they were on the way to die within hours. One 10 years old boy – happened to be the first after the last one possible to be taken into the overcrowded camp. So the nurse told him – there was no place for him anymore… The documentary recently interviewed the same nurse asking her to add comments on the mission. Said she: “I still absolutely hate this situation putting me to God’s position” – as the entire well done job was over pondered by the eyes of this single boy lost by - “death penalty”. No judge in the courtroom is to be loaded with this situation. We don’t change it by drawing yellow star or swastika over the child image or by ignoring. We always kill the child. The thing we can do – is to avoid judging it. Legislation using death penalty is granting to the judge not individual responsibility for killing thus aggravating and amplifying negative moral reinforcement of the society. In fact pretending to make ultimate judgment is the most powerful contemporary military tools to destroy an enemy by pre-programming his soul by guilt. If the state is attacked – it will commit killing as a matter of defense and discretion. Out from courtroom and using other set of mind.
