New approaches of the state in different spheres should help the chief task of modernizing the country, analysts say, commenting on the president’s address to the parliament.
It's all about doing what's right for the people. If Russia takes care of the working people of the country, the people will take care of Russia. The people need fair wages and good working conditions. Productivity must be rewarded. Higher productivity will lift the country economically making possible programs for the elderly, etc. The people must genuinely feel that the government cares about them and is looking out for their interest.
