Why does Russia want to be against the people of Iran, in supporting the mullahs? The people of Iran and Russia have common roots that pre-date any religion.

Russia must support the democratically elected government of Iran. The Gucci crowd of northern Teheran, and their millions of tweets cannot undo the millions of votes. That is very, very simple. Russia knows that there is no such thing as nuclear weapons in Iran. In fact, all American intelligence, and even public statements are clear on this. Up until now, US intelligence that states that Iran has last time considered a nuclear weapons program in 2003, and abandoned it. US intelligence never changed this assessment. Iran's annoucement that it will go for 20% enrichment to produce medical isotopes, has been met with derision in Washinton. It has been announced that "....Iran has no capability to enrich uranium to 20%". That is true, as it centrifuges are not capable to handle this. They are barely capable to produce 3-5% enrichment needed for producing nucleaer fuel for electric plants. Do you know what does it take to produce 90-95% enriched uranium for nucleaer weapon? And then, having been produced, what does it take to weaponize this uranium? And how much of it is needed to conduct a SINGLE test? All the uranium Iran has will not be enough to conduct one test, provided that all other obstacles are managed. And having done one test, where would Iran be, while being surrounded by nuclarly armed states, including illegaly armed Israel? I think we are quite capable to see a reality from the garbage being served, warmed over from the Niger yellowcakes. Iran is Russia's neighbor, and herein lies the difference. It is easy for Israel to warmonger while the Big Daddy accross the ocean will foot the bill, and provide entertainment for Israeli TV. It is quite different for Iran's neighbors that have many trade, economic and family connections. For them, the games being played now are too dangerous.

Iran is a friend to Russia and a potently useful and likely needed ally in the future. Before Iran could acquire a useful nuclear arsenal it would first need to do testing that could never be hidden from the world. If a nuclear blast test was to happen in Iran there would still be plenty of time to use military actions and stop them in their tracks. Every Govt. on the planet knows this already. So why are they after Iran again? I promise it has nothing to do with bombs.

Iranian energy sector and development in other industries is the main threat. It was in 1979 and it still is. No matter what kind of monster they have put in Iran, the Iranian people have managed to stop it from wiping out our culture and productiveness.

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin are leaders I greatly admire and respect. Iranian President is a nice human being who has done nothing wrong to America or Israel. The problem is Israel. Israel is a tyrant who is going after Iran and the US politicians who have been bribed by the Israel lobby AIPAC are backing this insanity but millions of Americans are against these illegal wars that have been waged on Arab and other nations. US politicians should stop helping Israel to commit crime and they should mind their own business. God bless the Iranian President and people in Iran and God bless the President and the Prime Minister of Russia. It is time to put American politicians and Israel in their place. The entire world has to rise against all warmongers. We need to work toward world peace. We need to allow Arabs to live. They belong to God and God loves them.
