Russia will have the same relationship with China as Canada has with the US. Russia has the rersourses and the land, China has the money and labor. If Russia want some of China's excess labor for its development, Russia has to act fast. China, with its one child policy will have its own labor problem in less than 20 years. Chinese population may also start to decline by 2030-2040. By that time China will be raiding the world for labor. And I do not mean by force.
