The 15th assembly of governors from the two countries met in Moscow on May 3 to discuss developing relations at a regional level.

Even if the land was considered occupied Russia should not give it back. If they do should the United Stated of America give back the land to my Native brothers? The only reason Russia would have to give back the land would be to keep peace, but it would alson creat instability within it's own people. Maybe make a deal where you sell half back to them with agreement that the Russian people are not to be forced to leave their homes.....just have joint buisyness deals with imports and exports and have shared profit and shared debt. Create joinning laws that would be inforced by both countries equaly and start making lots of deals with them and keep them as close allies. But do not just give it back...just make deals where both parties profit and support each other.
