Bush broke treaties said tied his hands regarding new/refurbished WMD-delivery systems ..US new nuke weapons,deliveries manufactured-tested in UK, no RF monitoring!.Obama said, no pace without war, use war to get the peace US wants,"a just war" is war for oil so US can survive.Not enough oil in/on US coast..Follow US preemptive blood-oil war-US Africom, US in 8 Colombia S,A. bases,connections,seen on Aljazerra documentary. ALL under US LIE "War On Terrorism". US can't survive without oil,gas,natural resources RF has.Especially fresh water[next US wars].US will take by preemptive force what it wants for its survival..Bush called this US EXCEPTIONALISM! After Rasmussen statement regarding NATO’s nuclear attack or no attack on Russia, the right for first nuclear strike is necessity for Russia because the country is dealing with unpredictable adversary.
