He could save money if he doesn't duplicate, why not go all the way and put Russian forces under American command? All the other Vassals have done that in order to save money.

I think that it is very good that Russian army having changes brought by changes in technological markets and the modernisation of society. My priority would be: air-defence, space defence (satalite systems, navigations). Basically, internet and computer games - taken over the common understanding of the "war on the lands". Our future is the "STAR WARS"! Let hope that this will stay just whithin the frames of the games!
