If they do not sign the deal the WWIII will start immediatelly. If they succeed to achieve a deal then the WWIII is to break out in a year, or two. All this resembles way too much the Ribentrop- Molotov pact - just to buy some more time.

Vladimir Your statement is foolish, neither Russia an America want a collective suicide; we are not in 1940, we are in 2010. I always consider Russian as good chess players and American as poker players. Chess is a game of strategy and anticipation; poker is bluff. So far this was the typical strength of the US geopolitic. In America, there is a say: you can fool some of the people, some of the times but not all the peoples, all the times. By refusing to change its strategy and learning to respect others, America is at the end of the road. In Russia, chess is taught in school, but many political leaders have missed the class. Humanity did not need to waste 60 trillions $ in 60 years for her self-destruction to understand how insane her leaders were. We are so stupid that under N-PiPO and the actual Russian, Chinese, French, British leaders, the pace of that waste has increased. With her wars to fight and this year military budget, plus the lies of related expenditures, America will reach nearly one trillion $ wasted in 2010, without anyone's complaint. France is crying because EADS will not build the US Air-Force fuel-tankers (35 billions $ lost). Russia insist on buying that useless Mistral and worry about an other useless program, the US AMD, threatening to build more weapons. In that "wonderful" atmosphere, next week an other deceitful meeting will take place in Prague. For what real purpose ! To stop nuclear proliferation, those nations who have nuclear arms must scrap them all. Will it not be better if someone SPEAK THE SIMPLE TRUTH and take into consideration the numerous challenges that we face if we want to warranty a decent future for those who will follow...Sorry Future Generations ! . Sincerely. Jean-Claude Meslin
