A lawyer and head of the Al-Fatkh Muslim organization in St. Petersburg, Dzhamaliddin Makhmutov, has sent a letter to Russia’s Constitutional Court asking if the introduction of advisory Sharia courts is lawful.
Russia doesn't need Sharia law. It should never be allowed.
Anatoli, Guess you are Russian knowing best your people. Not commenting this side of the coin, it looks Russia is not offered Sharia law at all. Sharia, as far I see it, needs consideration. And exactly this, the consideration, is the greatest fundament of Russian soul. I admit my absolute subjectiveness. Rgds.
Sharia Law is not based on the teachings of the Quran. In the Quran, only disbelievers practice stoning: Surah 11:91, 18:20, 19:46, 26:116, 36:18 In the Quran, ALL are equal. Surah 3:195, 4:124, 16:97, 33:36-37, 40:40, 49:13 In the Quran, suicide is forbidden: Surah 2:194, 4:29 In the Quran, we are to free slaves: 2:177, 4:24-25, 4:92, 5:89, 9:60, 24:32, 90:13 In the Quran, homosexuality unnatural: Surah 7:80, 11:79, 21:74, 26:165-166, 27:54-55, 29:28 In the Quran, do not murder nor be the aggressor: Surah 2:190-193, 4:29-30, 4:92-94, 5:32 In the Quran, man is created perfect, without need of genital mutilation: Surah 18:37 Those who follow Sharia Law seek to bring oppression and intolerance. Keep it out. May Allah continue to guide us to the Truth. Peace.
Here we are, also in Russia some Muslims are becoming more and more arrogant. If Russia will introduce Sharia courts, even only advisory, it will go the former- Great Britain way. That is very dangerous, especially for family disputes; rights of women will be cancelled.
