Wow! A functioning government in Ukraine! That's a first! I am very glad, for all of our sakes. May be they'll finally start building, instead of destroying.

This is LAUGHABLE! If I were the USA, I would say "KEEP your Straetgic Patnership" and WITHDRAW all monies that have been sent in the pasty 8 years and refuse to fund any part, even humanitarian aid, in the future and let Mother RUSSIA support financially all of Kiev's endeavors! In this way, America can focus on its self and start paying down its trillion dollar debt. STOP bringing all these students from the Ukraine and Armenia on FULL scholarships at American Taxpayers expense and Let Putin fund them!
