The Ceausescus were surely guilty, but this was a trial bordering on illegal. Those aren't my words but Dan Voinea's own words. Don't believe that he contradicted himself? Click this link: http://www.euranet.eu/eng/Dossier/The-fall-of-Communism/Romania-Ceausescu-s-execution-justice-or-murder How can freedom and liberty survive without fairness? A travesty by Voinea and there is simply no excuse. Voinea never even presented a shred of evidence. It wouldn't be so hard to do. How about a single witness? Not even one? For shame Romania, for shame. A trial without law is murder. And please note, I am a rabid capitalist who thinks the death sentence against Ceausecus could have been easily proven with a little intelligent thought.
