Parliamentary elections are being held in Kyrgyzstan next month in the hope of restoring order following months of ethnic violence and political uncertainty.
Good to see a talnet at work. I cant match that.

This will be the beginning of a true corrupt system. The wisdom of the new rules is to create a deliberately hung Parliament. That is, no party, regardless of number of votes, will be allowed to have over 50% seats in Parliament. Basically, smaller parties will be kingmakers, and the real king behind the screen will be offering money and other manifold priviledges in order to sway influence. And helped by the "free" press, and all the "non-governmental" organization noise, only the RIGHT kind of a king can be made. The dear leader is increasingly on her own. Her coalition has fructured, and she personally has no power base anywhere. It is interesting how she window-dresses CSTO. She knows that under circumstances, Uzbekistan is just as likely to play it "macho" and block any CSTO action.
