UN has been extension/part of the US's Department of State for quite some time now. When Russia had pro-Russian President and used a veto, the 3 musketeers met on the island and decided to invade and destroy Iraq anyway using the rule thugs and aggressors have always used. UN is obsolete as it is only used to "legitimize" criminal/barbaric behavior and disregard for law.
