Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Polish counterpart Radoslav Sikorsky agreed that the historic differences between two countries should not interfere with present-day politics.

The Eastern Partnership Program's is really to lend weight to Poland's insistence on being a 'Central European Country', Eastern Europe, by implication would somewhere approaching Australia :)...and its obsessive craving for an American Base would appear to suggest that it's 'business as usual'.
